Requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication and professional phone presence with U.S.-based B2B contacts
- Hands-on experience with outbound calls, cold calling, or appointment setting
- Ability to consistently complete approximately 100–110 calls per day
- Comfortable speaking with decision-makers in property management and community operations
- Strong accountability and follow-through
Responsibilities
- Follow up on cold email campaigns with confident outbound calling to convert outreach into booked meetings
- Confirm email receipt and quickly uncover the correct decision-maker for stormwater maintenance/repair needs
- Qualify basic fit and route the opportunity to sales
- Schedule meetings accurately and ensure the sales team has clean notes
- Build early-stage relationships
- Use Smartlead.ai daily to manage outreach tasks and update records
- Support light SDR tasks as needed
- Provide occasional admin/ops support
