  • Experience in phone-heavy sales role with 4+ hours/day of calling
  • Experience in inbound appointment setting
  • Experience handling paid ads leads (Meta/Facebook)
  • Advanced spoken English with minimal accent
  • Strong call control and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel)
  • Experience with Slack
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude

Responsibilities

  • Contact and engage inbound leads generated through paid advertising campaigns
  • Conduct 150–250 calls per day while maintaining quality conversations
  • Convert qualified leads into scheduled appointments
  • Consistently achieve 4–9 bookings daily
  • Follow scripts exactly while maintaining natural and confident delivery
  • Handle objections professionally and guide prospects toward booking
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and lead updates
  • Ensure all appointment details and follow-up actions are documented correctly
  • Collaborate with team members via communication and workflow tools
  • Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize performance
