Requirements
- Minimum 6 months sales experience
- Experience in phone-heavy sales role with 4+ hours/day of calling
- Experience in inbound appointment setting
- Experience handling paid ads leads (Meta/Facebook)
- Advanced spoken English with minimal accent
- Strong call control and communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel)
- Experience with Slack
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
Responsibilities
- Contact and engage inbound leads generated through paid advertising campaigns
- Conduct 150–250 calls per day while maintaining quality conversations
- Convert qualified leads into scheduled appointments
- Consistently achieve 4–9 bookings daily
- Follow scripts exactly while maintaining natural and confident delivery
- Handle objections professionally and guide prospects toward booking
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and lead updates
- Ensure all appointment details and follow-up actions are documented correctly
- Collaborate with team members via communication and workflow tools
- Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize performance
