Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B campaigns
- Proven track record of booking meetings for U.S.-based B2B companies
- Experience selling into SMB or Mid-Market U.S. accounts
- Strong background in outbound cold calling
- Ability to discuss ROI, marketing, growth, or tech solutions
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Justcall is preferred
Responsibilities
- Make 150 outbound cold calls daily to U.S. companies
- Secure 10 Sales Accepted Meetings per month
- Conduct multi-touch outreach via calls, LinkedIn, and email
- Handle complex objections
- Qualify leads based on ICP, BANT/PAINT, and MEDDIC methodologies
- Collaborate with Account Executives for lead handoffs
- Maintain structured notes and data in CRM
