Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, or related quantitative field
- 2–4 years of experience working with data in applied settings
- Solid understanding of experimental design and causal inference concepts
- Proficiency in R, Python, or Stata for data analysis
- Experience working with survey or administrative data
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Fluency in English
- Ability to interpret results beyond statistical significance
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage A/B tests across programs
- Conduct power calculations and set up experimental designs
- Collaborate with Principal Investigators and cross-functional teams
- Prepare and manage clean, well-structured datasets
- Analyze experimental data and interpret results for decision-making
- Translate results into clear, actionable recommendations
- Prepare learning products like memos and summaries
