Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales, BDR, SDR, or account management role (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication skills with experience in cold emailing and professional conversation.
- Self-directed and organized work style.
- Knowledge of or interest in the remote work and staffing space.
- Experience with outbound prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or HubSpot.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an outbound outreach strategy targeting companies interested in hiring remote workers in Latin America.
- Research and identify qualified prospects through LinkedIn, job boards, industry directories, and other channels.
- Craft compelling, personalized outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) that generate real conversations.
- Book discovery calls and qualify meetings for the CEO.
- Track outreach activity, pipeline, and conversion metrics in CRM.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers.
- Proactively schedule regular check-ins to monitor customer needs.
- Identify and flag expansion opportunities and manage renewal conversations.
- Act as a customer advocate internally by relaying feedback and identifying retention risks.
