Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales, BDR, SDR, or account management role (B2B preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with experience in cold emailing and professional conversation.
  • Self-directed and organized work style.
  • Knowledge of or interest in the remote work and staffing space.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or HubSpot.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an outbound outreach strategy targeting companies interested in hiring remote workers in Latin America.
  • Research and identify qualified prospects through LinkedIn, job boards, industry directories, and other channels.
  • Craft compelling, personalized outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) that generate real conversations.
  • Book discovery calls and qualify meetings for the CEO.
  • Track outreach activity, pipeline, and conversion metrics in CRM.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers.
  • Proactively schedule regular check-ins to monitor customer needs.
  • Identify and flag expansion opportunities and manage renewal conversations.
  • Act as a customer advocate internally by relaying feedback and identifying retention risks.
