Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Sales Analyst.
  • Deep understanding of CRM architecture.
  • Experience in a SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools and Excel.
  • Ability to translate complex technical features into business impact.
  • Strong communication skills for internal stakeholder training.
  • Experience providing technical support to sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Salesforce instance and manage minor enhancements with defined SLAs.
  • Streamline Salesforce architecture and reduce technical debt.
  • Perform data analysis and visualization using BI tools and Excel.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues cross-functionally.
  • Refine account scoring models for acquisition and retention.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the revenue tech stack.
