Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Sales Analyst.
- Deep understanding of CRM architecture.
- Experience in a SaaS company.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools and Excel.
- Ability to translate complex technical features into business impact.
- Strong communication skills for internal stakeholder training.
- Experience providing technical support to sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce instance and manage minor enhancements with defined SLAs.
- Streamline Salesforce architecture and reduce technical debt.
- Perform data analysis and visualization using BI tools and Excel.
- Identify and resolve operational issues cross-functionally.
- Refine account scoring models for acquisition and retention.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the revenue tech stack.
