Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Retail Technology, E-commerce Operations, or Business Systems Architecture.
- 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep architectural understanding of NetSuite, Shopify Plus, and modern iPaaS (Celigo, Boomi, or Workato).
- Strong buy and integrate operational philosophy.
- Understanding of retail accounting, inventory valuation, and GL impact.
- Proven ability to move quickly and prioritize scalable solutions.
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Ability to work full-time hours.
Responsibilities
- Own the overarching strategy for how data flows across retail, finance, and supply chain ecosystems.
- Evaluate, select, and manage best-in-class micro-SaaS and middleware solutions (Celigo, Workato).
- Lead the strategic unwinding of legacy dependencies and modernize OMS capabilities.
- Ensure the technology stack scales with retail store expansion.
- Partner with Finance for NetSuite ERP optimization.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Retail Operations for WMS and PLM system optimization.
- Manage and mentor a team of elite individual contributors.
- Own relationships, contract negotiations, and SLAs with third-party vendors.
