Requirements
- 5+ years in field sales or account management
- Demonstrated track record of building pipeline from scratch
- 2+ years managing or mentoring a sales team
- Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform
- Valid driver's license
- Comfort with regular travel across the region
- Experience in restoration, construction, facilities management, or insurance is a plus
- Excellent coaching, communication, and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of approximately 8 Business Development Managers
- Run structured 1:1s, ride-alongs, and pipeline reviews to coach performance
- Set activity standards and ensure CRM discipline
- Partner with leadership on headcount, territory design, and market prioritization
- Carry and manage an individual assigned territory and revenue target
- Source new opportunities through outreach, networking, and industry events
- Represent the company at trade shows
- Partner with operations to deliver seamless client experiences
