Requirements

  • 5+ years in field sales or account management
  • Demonstrated track record of building pipeline from scratch
  • 2+ years managing or mentoring a sales team
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform
  • Valid driver's license
  • Comfort with regular travel across the region
  • Experience in restoration, construction, facilities management, or insurance is a plus
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of approximately 8 Business Development Managers
  • Run structured 1:1s, ride-alongs, and pipeline reviews to coach performance
  • Set activity standards and ensure CRM discipline
  • Partner with leadership on headcount, territory design, and market prioritization
  • Carry and manage an individual assigned territory and revenue target
  • Source new opportunities through outreach, networking, and industry events
  • Represent the company at trade shows
  • Partner with operations to deliver seamless client experiences
