Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in ITS, transportation technology, or related industries.
  • Proven experience selling technology solutions into public-sector transportation markets.
  • Strong understanding of DOT procurement processes and transportation funding cycles.
  • Knowledge of consultant-driven specifications and competitive bid environments.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building ability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong CRM and forecasting discipline.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Transportation, or Urban Planning preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive regional revenue growth and market penetration for Seyond ITS solutions.
  • Develop and execute territory growth plans aligned with company revenue objectives.
  • Build strategic relationships with DOTs, municipalities, transit authorities, and integrators.
  • Identify and develop opportunities from specification stages through project award.
  • Influence project specifications through direct engagement with engineering firms.
  • Support distributor-first go-to-market strategy and conduct joint customer meetings.
  • Maintain pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline using HubSpot.
  • Provide executive visibility into regional sales, specification progress, and competitive threats.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Represent Seyond at ITS industry conferences and working groups.
