Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related major.
- 12+ years of compensation and benefits experience within mature international organizations.
- Experience working across different countries.
- Advanced proficiency with market pricing, survey methodology, and salary structures.
- Expertise in regression analysis and data modeling.
- Solid understanding of global regulatory environments and pay transparency legislation.
- Experience in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Experience with PayFactors and SAP/SuccessFactors HRMS preferred.
Responsibilities
- Member of the global Total Reward team managing regional compensation and benefits matters.
- Participate in annual salary administration, including salary grade and structure maintenance.
- Conduct market benchmarking analysis to determine competitive positioning of jobs.
- Lead gender pay gap reporting processes.
- Develop and oversee international benefits strategy and implementation.
- Manage annual carrier/policy renewal process and broker negotiations.
- Establish market-level benefits for new countries or acquisitions.
- Produce HR metrics and provide insights to business and HR teams.
