- Experience working across different countries
- Advanced proficiency with market pricing and survey methodology
- Advanced proficiency with salary structures, regression analysis, and data modeling
- Solid understanding of global regulatory environments and pay transparency legislation
- Expertise in messaging and stakeholder communication
- Experience in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
- Experience with PayFactors and SAP/SuccessFactors (preferred)
- Experience matching jobs and designing salary structures (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Manage regional compensation and benefits matters
- Participate in annual salary administration and structure maintenance
- Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluation
- Oversee international benefits strategy and vendor management
- Support annual incentive and salary increase programs
- Lead gender pay gap reporting processes
- Manage pension scheme administration
- Provide HR metrics, data analytics, and insights to leadership
- Coordinate with legal on immigration matters
- Mentor and train HR Business Partners on compensation issues
