Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in LATAM with a proven record of closing large, complex deals.
- 2+ years in sports betting or iGaming.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Portuguese is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with Challenger Sales or MEDDIC methodology preferred.
- Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Passion for sports and technology.
- Ability to work autonomously on strategic, high-value deals.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally at short notice.
- Strong time management and commercial acumen.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within LATAM.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Build trusted relationships with executive, commercial, and technical stakeholders by demonstrating deep knowledge of Kambi’s solutions and value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Executive Management, Marketing, Product, Pre-Sales, Legal) to scope opportunities, respond to RFPs, and ensure successful deal execution.
- Utilize data analytics and business intelligence to inform sales strategies and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor regulatory and market developments to identify emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and competitor intelligence reports.
