Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a CPG organization with direct sales, key account management, or franchise management responsibilities and P&L ownership.
- Proven experience in the Food & Beverage industry working with bottlers or manufacturing partners.
- Expertise in demand planning and capacity development.
- Strong background in annual business planning, forecasting, and distributor/customer management.
- Solid understanding of channel marketing, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Strategic mindset with operational excellence and entrepreneurial drive.
Responsibilities
- Oversee weekly and monthly performance tracking for the Stills portfolio, ensuring visibility on revenue, volume, share, and transactional performance.
- Lead execution of commercial strategies with franchise bottlers, ensuring alignment on market activation plans and regional budget management.
- Drive structured planning processes across channels and customers, ensuring full integration of National Retail, Foodservice, and regional plans.
- Act as subject matter expert for the Stills category across multiple channels.
- Assess bottler capabilities, identify gaps, and implement action plans to strengthen performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and execution effectiveness.
- Lead negotiation and governance of bottler agreements and supply chain arrangements.
