  • Strong willingness to learn and continuously expand knowledge in fraud and risk
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays within the PT time zone (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PT)

Responsibilities

  • Work in a fast-paced queue environment to review high-risk transactions and account activity.
  • Mitigate risk and fraud exposure through detailed merchant investigations by collecting and analyzing business/account information and documentation.
  • Identify and flag developing fraud and risk trends.
  • Provide feedback and solutions to help improve our risk workflows and to support our merchants with a seamless, world-class experience.
  • Maintain production and quality operational targets.
