- 3+ years of experience in the fraud or risk industry
- Experience in queue-based or support environments
- Strong customer-focused outlook
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams

- Ability to take initiative with minimal direction
- Strong willingness to learn and continuously expand knowledge in fraud and risk
- Availability to work weekends and holidays within the PT time zone (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PT)
Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced queue environment to review high-risk transactions and account activity.
- Mitigate risk and fraud exposure through detailed merchant investigations by collecting and analyzing business/account information and documentation.
- Identify and flag developing fraud and risk trends.
- Provide feedback and solutions to help improve our risk workflows and to support our merchants with a seamless, world-class experience.
- Maintain production and quality operational targets.
