Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR, Recruiting Operations, or business operations
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and common People systems preferred
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
  • Coordinate new hire logistics, documentation, system access, and communications
  • Maintain employee records and organizational data within the HRIS
  • Support employee changes including promotions, compensation updates, and organizational changes
  • Help administer core People programs including performance reviews, engagement surveys, and learning initiatives
  • Support documentation and maintenance of People policies, processes, and internal resources
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders
  • Assist with audits, compliance tracking, and policy acknowledgements
  • Coordinate operational support for international employees and EOR processes
  • Create documentation and standard operating procedures for recurring workflows
