Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR, Recruiting Operations, or business operations
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and common People systems preferred
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Coordinate new hire logistics, documentation, system access, and communications
- Maintain employee records and organizational data within the HRIS
- Support employee changes including promotions, compensation updates, and organizational changes
- Help administer core People programs including performance reviews, engagement surveys, and learning initiatives
- Support documentation and maintenance of People policies, processes, and internal resources
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders
- Assist with audits, compliance tracking, and policy acknowledgements
- Coordinate operational support for international employees and EOR processes
- Create documentation and standard operating procedures for recurring workflows
