- Lead and manage a team of Credentialing Specialists and Operational Analysts
- Oversee credentialing workflows for compliance with NCQA and regulatory guidelines
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance review management
- Host daily standups and weekly performance reviews
- Monitor SLA, turnaround times, and quality metrics to drive corrective actions
- Resolve client escalations and partner with internal stakeholders
- Identify process gaps and implement documented improvements
- Create comprehensive SOPs and develop ad hoc operational reports
