Requirements

- 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a shared services or operations role.
- Demonstrated success leading process improvement initiatives.
- Experience with low-code AI platforms.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of People processes to identify inefficiencies and design scalable workflows.
- Act as advanced point of contact for complex Workday configuration and troubleshooting.
- Refine ticketing queue management and resolution protocols.
- Conduct systematic audits of People Operations transactions for data accuracy and compliance.
- Design and deploy AI agents and chatbots to automate repetitive tasks.
- Build automation scripts and low-code solutions to eliminate manual data entry.
- Maintain a centralized library of SOPs and global knowledge base.
- Establish KPIs to monitor automation performance and ROI.
