Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, or Partner Management.
  • Experience in B2B technology or professional consulting services.
  • Strong familiarity with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana.
  • Proven experience building reporting dashboards and developing KPIs.
  • Expertise in funnel management, pipeline coverage, and sales velocity analysis.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Marketing Calendar in SharePoint ensuring alignment across campaigns and alliances.
  • Track, analyze, and report on Marketing & Alliance performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Manage alliance funding processes for partners like SAP and AWS.
  • Lead project management for revenue operations initiatives and website updates.
  • Develop bi-weekly bookings forecasts.
  • Manage and optimize the revenue operations tech stack (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator).
  • Inventory and maintain all customer-facing assets and sales enablement content.
  • Assist in developing onboarding programs and training for new Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with leadership on customer segmentation and territory planning.
