Responsibilities
- Design, schedule, and implement sales training programs and materials.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and KPIs for lead generation and velocity.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and process improvements.
- Identify and implement process optimizations to increase sales productivity.
- Maintain data integrity and hygiene within HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to align sales and marketing efforts.
- Assist with onboarding new sales representatives.
- Manage sales tools and technologies to support the sales team.
