Responsibilities

  • Design, schedule, and implement sales training programs and materials.
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and KPIs for lead generation and velocity.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and process improvements.
  • Identify and implement process optimizations to increase sales productivity.
  • Maintain data integrity and hygiene within HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to align sales and marketing efforts.
  • Assist with onboarding new sales representatives.
  • Manage sales tools and technologies to support the sales team.
