Requirements

  • 4+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, strategy, or GTM operations.
  • Highly quantitative and analytical mindset.
  • Deep CRM expertise in Hubspot or Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to design processes that sales reps will adopt.
  • Builder's instinct to independently identify and solve problems.
  • AI-native approach with hands-on experience using AI agents or automation tools.
  • Experience working in a startup environment with comfort in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full revenue operations function from day one, including pipeline, forecasting, reporting, and sales process design.
  • Build the GTM data layer from scratch by defining metrics, standing up the CRM, and designing dashboards.
  • Run the operating rhythm of pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and pipe jams.
  • Diagnose funnel performance by analyzing conversion at each stage, source, rep, and segment.
  • Forecast revenue, track actuals against targets, and run per-rep performance analysis.
  • Design sales processes, including opportunity criteria, stage gating, and CRM workflows.
  • Identify and implement automation or tooling to reduce friction for the GTM team.
