Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of GTM operations experience.
- Hands-on ownership of lead routing in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong ChiliPiper and HubSpot fluency.
- Experience building workflows using AI tools (LLM APIs, Clay, n8n, Make).
- Proven experience setting, measuring, and reporting on operational SLAs.
- Strong CRM activity analysis and sales context understanding.
- Ability to design, document, and ship processes.
- Effective cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and tune all routing logic in HubSpot and ChiliPiper.
- Define, publish, and enforce routing SLAs for inbound MQLs and event leads.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for lead ownership conflicts.
- Identify and address conversion bottlenecks across the funnel.
- Design and implement automation and workflows for pipeline generation.
- Ensure GTM operations scale with company growth.
