Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; equivalent practical experience may substitute.
- 5+ years in operations, project coordination, practice management, or similar professional services environment.
- Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and ownership mindset.
- Proven problem solver with a "figure it out" approach.
- Strong project management and workflow coordination skills.
- Experience with practice management and cloud-based business tools.
- Familiarity with process improvement and operational metrics.
- Strong technology aptitude, including comfort with business applications, workflow tools, and adopting new technologies.
- Working familiarity with accounting or professional services environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational and executive support to leadership, including contract/proposal coordination, scheduling, and special project support.
- Reduce administrative burden on billable professionals and contribute to an exceptional client experience through organized, responsive execution.
- Coordinate workflows across recurring accounting and advisory engagements to support timely, high-quality client delivery.
- Improve processes, documentation, and effective use of the firm's technology stack and automation tools.
- Manage project flow, priorities, team capacity, and deadlines; identify bottlenecks.
- Support accountability and operating rhythms through workflow tracking, internal coordination, meetings, and follow-up.
- Track and report key operational metrics, providing visibility into capacity, utilization, and delivery performance.
- Help drive firm simplification, operational discipline and continuous improvement.
