- Execute employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, mobility, and offboarding.
- Administer benefits, leave, and wellness programs across US and Costa Rica.
- Ensure compliance with workforce regulations and data privacy requirements.
- Submit timely and accurate payroll inputs and data updates.
- Identify and implement process improvements and system efficiencies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Support audit readiness and operational governance.
