Responsibilities
- Provide timely technical and product support via messaging and phone calls.
- Proactively follow up on unresolved inquiries.
- Collaborate with clinical team members for accurate information delivery.
- Document member interactions in appropriate systems.
- Manage member information while respecting confidentiality protocols.
- Assist members in navigating insurance approval processes.
- Identify and communicate trends affecting the member base.
