Requirements

  • Excellent English and Spanish written and oral communication proficiency (CEF C1 level or above)
  • Computer knowledge and multi-tasking with internet navigation skills
  • Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers, printers, and other peripherals
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reside within approved state
  • Home Internet (30 Mbps down, 15 Mbps up, <100ms ping)
  • Cable, Fiber, or DSL internet connection
  • Ability to enroll in and use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via Okta with Microsoft Authenticator
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • College degree or some college completed preferred

Responsibilities

  • Address student families concerns
  • Provide introductory information to new users on various products
  • Resolve inbound customer calls and inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, phones, and other peripheral equipment
  • Document information into web-based ticketing system
  • Manage support tickets and knowledge base updates
  • Escalate unique issues to immediate supervisor
  • Participate in internal training programs
