Requirements
- Excellent English and Spanish written and oral communication proficiency (CEF C1 level or above)
- Computer knowledge and multi-tasking with internet navigation skills
- Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers, printers, and other peripherals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reside within approved state
- Home Internet (30 Mbps down, 15 Mbps up, <100ms ping)
- Cable, Fiber, or DSL internet connection
- Ability to enroll in and use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via Okta with Microsoft Authenticator
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
- College degree or some college completed preferred
Responsibilities
- Address student families concerns
- Provide introductory information to new users on various products
- Resolve inbound customer calls and inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, phones, and other peripheral equipment
- Document information into web-based ticketing system
- Manage support tickets and knowledge base updates
- Escalate unique issues to immediate supervisor
- Participate in internal training programs
