Requirements

  • 2-4 years of digital customer experience.
  • Experience growing operations for an early customer base.
  • Strong writing, editorial, visual, and experience-design skills.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in full-time, remote, computer-based roles.
  • Fluency in CRM and support tools (e.g., Streak, Customer.io, Helpscout, Zendesk, Front, Notion, Slack).
  • Proficiency with AI tools and desire to continuously learn.
  • Quantitative mindset toward experience quality and growth.
  • Ability to manage high-volume, high-context execution.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Scale the experience layer of VAWAA in partnership with the founder.
  • Improve booking conversions and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Monitor key metrics representing bookings and guest/artist health.
  • Manage end-to-end guest journey, CRM hygiene, and SOPs.
  • Support artists with onboarding, co-design, and logistical updates.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in guest and artist experiences.
  • Solve time-sensitive issues across time zones and cultures.
  • Automate repetitive operational tasks.
