- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working across diverse teams and engaging with individuals from various professional and cultural backgrounds.
- Familiarity with compliance, regulatory operations, and healthcare-related operational frameworks.
- Availability to work within PST business hours and maintain effective collaboration in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with executive leadership to support operational priorities, strategic initiatives, and long-term organizational goals.
- Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
- Design, document, and improve operational workflows, SOPs, and process frameworks to optimize organizational efficiency.
- Develop presentations, reports, and executive briefings to support leadership decision-making and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with healthcare operations, compliance, and network management teams to support operational consistency and regulatory adherence.
- Facilitate meetings, coordinate stakeholder communications, track action items, and proactively mitigate project risks.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement using data-driven analysis and operational best practices.
- Support initiatives related to managed care, behavioral health operations, and provider network strategy.
