Requirements
- 3–5+ years in mortgage operations, post-close, capital markets, or similar
- Experience with loan sales, warehouse lending or investor delivery
- Strong understanding of loan life cycle from closing to sale
- Knowledge of investor requirements and document standards
- Proven ability to manage multiple loans and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in an uncertain, fast-paced environment
- Undergraduate degree or extended relevant work experience
Responsibilities
- Own investor findings and remediation to resolve post-close defects
- Prepare and deliver loan packages to investors
- Monitor aging to ensure loans move off the warehouse line efficiently
- Coordinate funding readiness and validate prior-to-funding conditions
- Reconcile payoffs, liens, and funding details
- Troubleshoot insurance policy discrepancies
- Collaborate with QA, Accounting, Originations, and Capital Markets
