Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership
- Background in manufacturing, industrial services, supply chain, or B2B technology
- Proven track record of growing service-based revenue streams
- Managing P&L responsibilities
- Understanding of MRO operations
- Expertise in pricing strategy, forecasting, business modeling, and financial analysis
- Leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall strategy, growth, and P&L management for MRO and PD Services
- Identify and develop new service-based business opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships
- Oversee operational execution by implementing scalable service delivery processes
- Translate customer insights into actionable improvements
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization
