- Experience building product strategy and roadmap
- New product full-lifecycle management experience
- B2B experience with Fortune 500 customers
- Ability to drive cross-functional teams and decisions
- Experience working with India-based Engineering & QA
- Expertise in SDLC processes (backlog grooming, story mapping)
- Ability to define and prioritize detailed product requirements
Responsibilities
- Drive the vision for Ontic’s GSOC offering
- Manage team and contribute to GSOC components
- Perform business analysis and guide packaging, licensing, and pricing
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success for customer outcomes
- Own product roadmap and research
- Identify ARR growth opportunities
- Lead go-to-market efforts and product launches
- Translate requirements into features and user stories
- Analyze usage metrics to drive adoption
