Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with meaningful ownership over complex product areas.
- Experience building customer-facing or operations-heavy products in SaaS, healthtech, or complex software environments.
- Strong product thinking capability moving between user needs, business priorities, and system-level considerations.
- Experience with AI, automation, and agentic systems in real-world workflows.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and make high-conviction tradeoffs.
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional leadership ability.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution for the credentialing platform.
- Work closely with customers to understand operational pain points and requirements.
- Partner with engineering to evolve the product using an AI-first approach.
- Drive discovery and validation for new features including shared credentialing and workflow automation.
- Establish success metrics for customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and business performance.
- Contribute to a roadmap for scalable and differentiated capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Operations, and Sales.
