Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
- Strong focus on new logo acquisition and enterprise account growth.
- Proven success exceeding sales quotas and closing six- to seven-figure deals.
- Experience leading or mentoring high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software buying cycles and stakeholder management.
- Experience selling developer tools, cloud-native technologies, or distributed systems.
- Ability to explain technical concepts related to software architecture and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise new logo acquisition efforts across the Eastern United States.
- Develop and execute strategic account-based sales plans.
- Manage the full enterprise sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closure.
- Oversee and mentor a team of Strategic Account Executives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Development, and Product teams.
- Build relationships with technical buyers and executive stakeholders.
- Conduct in-person customer engagement activities, including conferences and on-site presentations.
- Utilize CRM and sales enablement tools for forecasting and reporting.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to refine sales strategies.
