Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise tech or developer tools sales experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Experience closing complex six- to seven-figure deals.
  • Understanding of enterprise software buying cycles and technical evaluation processes.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts like distributed systems and cloud-native environments.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, and similar sales tech.
  • Ability to execute account-based strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close high-value new logo opportunities in the enterprise segment.
  • Execute account-based strategies to generate pipeline.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting through closing.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Strategic Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, and Solutions Architects.
  • Tailor solutions to both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Manage complex, long-term sales cycles.
  • Provide market feedback to Product and GTM teams.
