Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise tech or developer tools sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Experience closing complex six- to seven-figure deals.
- Understanding of enterprise software buying cycles and technical evaluation processes.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts like distributed systems and cloud-native environments.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, and similar sales tech.
- Ability to execute account-based strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close high-value new logo opportunities in the enterprise segment.
- Execute account-based strategies to generate pipeline.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting through closing.
- Lead and mentor a team of Strategic Account Executives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, and Solutions Architects.
- Tailor solutions to both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Manage complex, long-term sales cycles.
- Provide market feedback to Product and GTM teams.
