Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Partnerships, Alliances, or Ecosystem roles.
- Proven experience scaling partner motions from zero-to-one.
- Direct experience working with or within neo-cloud and managed Kubernetes platforms.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships.
- Ability to execute joint GTM strategies.
- Analytical prowess to track ecosystem health and pipeline velocity.
- Technical familiarity with the CNCF landscape.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for market intelligence and automation.
Responsibilities
- Own partner-sourced revenue and measurable consumption.
- Lead executive-level engagement with emerging cloud platforms and managed Kubernetes providers.
- Develop sophisticated joint GTM plans to position vCluster as a standard for AI-native infrastructure.
- Integrate AI-native workflows to automate partner management and accelerate GTM delivery.
- Lead alignment between ecosystem engagement and closed-won deals across Sales, SEs, and Marketing teams.
- Manage and track partnership performance with a value-driven mentality.
- Identify and capture whitespace opportunities across next-gen providers.
