Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships/sales
  • Proven experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, or business development in SaaS
  • Track record of scaling new, complex partnerships from inception
  • Strong working knowledge of indirect sales channels
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement and reseller mechanisms
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-management skills
  • Capable of engaging stakeholders from technical teams to C-suite level
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Direct experience in financial modeling

Responsibilities

  • Proactively research, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners across commercial and public sectors.
  • Take full ownership of the partnership lifecycle from outreach to negotiation and execution.
  • Secure strategic reseller agreements with government agencies.
  • Cultivate partnerships with commercial players to drive workflow integration.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams on partner-led growth initiatives.
  • Develop and execute joint GTM plans including co-marketing and co-sell programs.
  • Define partnership metrics and report actionable insights to executive management.
