Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships/sales
- Proven experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, or business development in SaaS
- Track record of scaling new, complex partnerships from inception
- Strong working knowledge of indirect sales channels
- Familiarity with public sector procurement and reseller mechanisms
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Capable of engaging stakeholders from technical teams to C-suite level
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, and entrepreneurial environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Direct experience in financial modeling
Responsibilities
- Proactively research, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners across commercial and public sectors.
- Take full ownership of the partnership lifecycle from outreach to negotiation and execution.
- Secure strategic reseller agreements with government agencies.
- Cultivate partnerships with commercial players to drive workflow integration.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams on partner-led growth initiatives.
- Develop and execute joint GTM plans including co-marketing and co-sell programs.
- Define partnership metrics and report actionable insights to executive management.
