Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategic initiative execution
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise software
- Demonstrated strength in cross-functional coordination driving work without direct authority
- Proactive ability to drive clarity, set structure, remove blockers, and close loops
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable with senior stakeholders
- High reliability and ownership for consistent execution and follow-through
- Experience working with Microsoft partner ecosystem, co-sell, or marketplace (preferred)
- Comfort working with operational metrics and performance visibility
Responsibilities
- Drive partnership execution across co-sell, co-marketing, and co-development
- Translate partnership priorities into clear workstreams, owners, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional execution to ensure commitments are delivered on time and at quality
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and decision gaps and push them to resolution
- Run the operating cadence including weekly execution syncs and workstream reviews
- Build or improve practical workflows that enable Microsoft-related execution to scale
- Establish clear definitions of milestones, outcomes, and KPI indicators
- Support Microsoft interactions by ensuring tight coordination and disciplined follow-through
