Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in program management, operations, partnerships, or customer success, or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to own and drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), with strong attention to data quality
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Clear, professional communication skills with experience managing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in California’s behavioral health, public sector, or education systems preferred
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach
Responsibilities
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for external partners
- Serve as a primary point of contact for partner coordination and ongoing engagement
- Drive alignment across teams to enable execution
- Own CRM hygiene and usage across the Partnerships team
- Design and implement repeatable workflows for partnership management
- Track key program metrics and partnership performance
