Requirements
- 2–3+ years of project and/or program management experience
- Experience working in a large, complex corporate environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Proven stakeholder management skills, including coordinating across diverse teams and senior audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear, concise documentation
- Proficiency with standard business tools, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced, short‑term engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to provide work samples, including executive-level presentation materials (required)
- Experience managing programs with large portfolios and complex dependencies
- Strong executive presence, with experience supporting leadership reviews and decision forums
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, including building executive‑ready slide decks with clear visual narratives
- Familiarity with partner‑based programs, customer success operations, or support organizations
- Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple time zones
- PMP, PMI, or other project/program management certification
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a large portfolio of programs and projects spanning 20+ concurrent workstreams
- Build and maintain a master program schedule, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Coordinate recurring meetings, create agendas, document decisions, track action items, and ensure timely follow‑ups
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution across complex initiatives
- Prepare executive‑ready presentations, status reviews, and leadership updates using clear visual storytelling
- Present program status, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and sponsors
- Support short‑term, high‑urgency program timelines while adapting to evolving priorities
- Ensure consistency and operational rigor across project plans, reporting, and communications
