Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in program management, product, or technical leadership.
- Strong track record of cross-functional team execution.
- Comfort working in a startup-style environment.
- Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for installs and leadership meetings.
- Familiarity with industrial equipment or condition monitoring (plus).
- Experience with multi-sensor integration or data science (bonus).
- Experience with Offline or Online Motor Testing (preferred).
- Vibration Category I certification (preferred).
- MLA/MLT 1 certification (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage the electrical monitoring program lifecycle from development to scaling.
- Partner with Hardware and Software PMs to translate field insights into product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with marketing on collateral, messaging, and trade show presence.
- Align cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, CME) with clear OKRs.
- Conduct field visits to understand customer experience and oversee installations.
- Monitor electrical data and write alerts to build domain expertise.
- Define and track program success metrics via dashboards.
- Identify and scale team talent as the program grows.
