Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 5 years proven success in solution-based selling
- Experience in Hyperscale built-to-suit data center, powered shell, or pre-lease space
- Deep understanding of high-density data center solutions
- Prior Hyperscale Account Management experience
- Proven track record of building business strategy and partner enablement
- Successful business development experience with Hyperscale Providers
- Disciplined in the use of a CRM for forecasting and sales activity tracking
- Technical understanding of Data Center Infrastructure, high density compute, networking, and cloud/HyperScaler connectivity
Responsibilities
- Successfully prospect new opportunities
- Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape, market pricing and strategy
- Account Planning, revenue forecasting and opportunity management for existing Hyperscale customers
- Leverage sales through partnerships
- Participate in trade shows and hyperscale focused networking events
- Build and implement account plans and marketing plans
- Document and maintain customer contact plans and revenue opportunities
