Requirements

  • 6+ years in lead gen or consumer services marketing, agency or in-house
  • Deep understanding of lead funnel economics: CPL, lead-to-opportunity rate, cost per acquisition, LTV
  • Experience aligning marketing strategy to sales team requirements
  • Proficiency with paid search-heavy media mixes and local campaign structures
  • Knowledge of local SEO, GMB, and review strategy
  • Ability to distinguish and optimize for lead quality versus lead volume
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing accounts

Responsibilities

  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem
  • Run quarterly Power Circuit reviews to diagnose growth constraints
  • Collaborate with client sales/operations to optimize lead quality and strategy
  • Own senior client relationships and conduct QBRs
  • Coordinate paid search, paid social, SEO, local, and creative team strategies
  • Consult on geographic expansion and local market prioritization
  • Manage client retention, expansion, and renewals to grow MRR
  • Coach analysts and specialists through direct, specific feedback
