Requirements
- 6+ years in lead gen or consumer services marketing, agency or in-house
- Deep understanding of lead funnel economics: CPL, lead-to-opportunity rate, cost per acquisition, LTV
- Experience aligning marketing strategy to sales team requirements
- Proficiency with paid search-heavy media mixes and local campaign structures
- Knowledge of local SEO, GMB, and review strategy
- Ability to distinguish and optimize for lead quality versus lead volume
- Proven track record of retaining and growing accounts
Responsibilities
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem
- Run quarterly Power Circuit reviews to diagnose growth constraints
- Collaborate with client sales/operations to optimize lead quality and strategy
- Own senior client relationships and conduct QBRs
- Coordinate paid search, paid social, SEO, local, and creative team strategies
- Consult on geographic expansion and local market prioritization
- Manage client retention, expansion, and renewals to grow MRR
- Coach analysts and specialists through direct, specific feedback
