Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, product strategy, or related leadership roles.
  • Strong executive network and deep understanding of the AI ecosystem.
  • Proven experience structuring and negotiating complex commercial partnerships within technology or fintech environments.
  • Strong product mindset with the ability to identify innovative partnership opportunities.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in highly matrixed and fast-paced organizations.
  • Excellent financial, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience building investment memos and financial models.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and deal execution capabilities.
  • Familiarity with embedded finance, digital payments, AI-powered products, or global financial ecosystems.
  • Experience within fintech, SaaS, AI-focused, or high-growth technology organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic partnership strategies focused on AI-driven technologies, fintech innovation, and global financial infrastructure solutions.
  • Identify, evaluate, and cultivate relationships with leading AI companies, technology providers, and strategic ecosystem partners.
  • Lead complex partnership negotiations, commercial agreements, and product integration discussions to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Drive the full partnership lifecycle, including opportunity identification, deal structuring, implementation, integration, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable partnership roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build executive-level relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Support the development of AI-powered products and solutions through strategic collaborations and market intelligence.
  • Create investment cases, financial models, and strategic analyses to evaluate partnership opportunities and commercial impact.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, industry events, and media engagements as a thought leader.
