Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers
- Drive and review technical designs for scalability and reliability
- Lead agile engineering processes and maintain project milestones
- Collaborate with product teams to simplify architecture and reduce technical debt
- Ensure consistent team delivery through planning and stakeholder communication
- Recruit and hire engineers consistent with organizational values
- Manage an engineering team of up to 5 engineers
- Conduct code reviews and ensure design decisions meet platform goals
