Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise technical operations.
  • Experience with IBM Sterling B2Bi or equivalent platforms.
  • Solid team leadership experience (10-15 people) including hiring and performance reviews.
  • Demonstrated expertise in incident management, ITIL, RCA, and SLA enforcement.
  • Hands-on experience with Java stack, build/deploy processes, and CI/CD.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Cloud Technologies and Kubernetes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using generative AI tools.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise software deployment and management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a global L3 Engineering team.
  • Manage critical customer escalations and resolve technical issues.
  • Oversee the full development escalation lifecycle.
  • Serve as primary escalation liaison across customer, support, engineering, and C-Suite teams.
  • Drive root-cause analysis and continuous team process improvement.
  • Develop and deliver support KPIs, dashboards, and incident reports.
  • Engage proactively with customers to build trust.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to triage defects and deliver bug fixes.
