Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise technical operations.
- Experience with IBM Sterling B2Bi or equivalent platforms.
- Solid team leadership experience (10-15 people) including hiring and performance reviews.
- Demonstrated expertise in incident management, ITIL, RCA, and SLA enforcement.
- Hands-on experience with Java stack, build/deploy processes, and CI/CD.
- Fundamental knowledge of Cloud Technologies and Kubernetes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using generative AI tools.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise software deployment and management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a global L3 Engineering team.
- Manage critical customer escalations and resolve technical issues.
- Oversee the full development escalation lifecycle.
- Serve as primary escalation liaison across customer, support, engineering, and C-Suite teams.
- Drive root-cause analysis and continuous team process improvement.
- Develop and deliver support KPIs, dashboards, and incident reports.
- Engage proactively with customers to build trust.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to triage defects and deliver bug fixes.
