Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or similar corporate finance roles.
- Experience in top-tier strategy consultancy with strong financial modeling exposure.
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, including cohort analysis and three-statement modeling.
- Solid grasp of operational drivers flowing through P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Interest in moving to the operator side and building inside a high-growth marketplace.
- Comfort with AI-native ways of working or curiosity to learn Claude platform.
- Exposure to B2B marketplaces, fintech, or payments-heavy businesses (nice-to-have).
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, NetSuite, or ThoughtSpot (nice-to-have).
- SQL skills or willingness to learn (nice-to-have).
- Experience working alongside GTM teams on commercial analytics or planning (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain cohort models across customers, suppliers, and product lines.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to analyze commercial efficiency and GTM motions.
- Own core management reporting packs and board reporting cycles.
- Maintain short-term forecasts and annual operating plans.
- Run scenario and sensitivity analyses to support leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects including pricing and market expansion.
- Use AI tools like Anthropic’s Claude for analysis and automation.
- Improve data quality and consistency across Snowflake, NetSuite, and ThoughtSpot.
