Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Banking, or M&A.
- Proven track record of building relationships and managing foreign business executives and stakeholders.
- Advanced understanding of financial statements and business/financial modeling concepts.
- Strong valuation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a global team.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Source and qualify new investment opportunities by meeting with entrepreneurs.
- Evaluate potential investments through market research, product reviews, and financial/operational diligence.
- Assist in negotiating transactions and prepare investment presentations for management.
- Liaise with legal and finance departments to ensure seamless execution of M&A deals.
- Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses for potential transactions.
- Stay informed on M&A market trends and ensure initiatives comply with legal requirements.
- Mentor analysts and mitigate risks associated with acquisitions.
