Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Banking, or M&A.
- Proven experience managing foreign business executives and multiple stakeholders.
- Expertise in financial statements, financial modeling, and business valuation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills for written, verbal, and presentation tasks.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a global team.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source new investment opportunities and qualify inbound leads.
- Perform deal diligence via market research, product reviews, and financial analysis.
- Assist in negotiating transaction structures and prepare investment conclusions for management.
- Coordinate with legal and finance departments for seamless transaction execution.
- Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses for potential transactions.
- Monitor M&A market trends and ensure initiatives comply with legal requirements.
