Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Banking, or M&A.
- Proven track record of building relationships and managing foreign business executives.
- Excellent understanding of financial statements and financial concepts.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, business modeling, and valuation.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- High level of curiosity, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a global team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple time-sensitive deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Source and qualify new investment opportunities by meeting with entrepreneurs.
- Conduct deal diligence via market research, product reviews, and financial analysis.
- Negotiate transaction terms and create investment presentations and valuations for management.
- Liaise with legal and finance departments to execute M&A transactions.
- Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
- Stay informed on M&A market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor Analysts and Associates on engagement and M&A activities.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with acquisitions.
- Prepare fundraising presentations to facilitate acquisitions.
