Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Business Development Representative roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Ability to maintain thorough and accurate records.
- Strong customer-centric mindset.
- Effective relationship-building skills to enhance trust.
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
- Capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- German language skills are considered a plus.
- Negotiation and influencing skills are desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the adaptation of new clients and onboard them to employment solutions.
- Monitor client portfolio health and realign needs with business solutions.
- Drive upsell campaigns within existing client base.
- Facilitate the client exit process and manage transitions.
- Act as the voice and advocate for clients within the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove obstacles and maximize client value.
