- Meaningful exposure to technical or R&D hiring
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for engineering, data science, infrastructure, or technical product roles
- Technical fluency in tech stacks, system design, and engineering team structures
- Strong sourcing mindset with experience engaging passive technical talent
- Comfort operating in competitive technical markets and navigating complex negotiations
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong stakeholder management and influence
- High ownership and ability to manage multiple complex searches
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for critical technical roles across Engineering, Data Science, Infrastructure, and Product
- Lead deep intake conversations to understand system architecture, technical trade-offs, team topology, and leveling strategy
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-performing technical talent
- Evaluate candidates for technical rigor, problem-solving capability, and long-term impact
- Use pipeline data and conversion metrics to diagnose bottlenecks and continuously improve hiring velocity
- Advise leaders on market realities, compensation positioning, and talent availability
- Elevate the technical interview experience by partnering on structured evaluations
- Identify and implement process improvements
