  • Meaningful exposure to technical or R&D hiring
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for engineering, data science, infrastructure, or technical product roles
  • Technical fluency in tech stacks, system design, and engineering team structures
  • Strong sourcing mindset with experience engaging passive technical talent
  • Comfort operating in competitive technical markets and navigating complex negotiations
  • Data-driven decision-making skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence
  • High ownership and ability to manage multiple complex searches

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for critical technical roles across Engineering, Data Science, Infrastructure, and Product
  • Lead deep intake conversations to understand system architecture, technical trade-offs, team topology, and leveling strategy
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-performing technical talent
  • Evaluate candidates for technical rigor, problem-solving capability, and long-term impact
  • Use pipeline data and conversion metrics to diagnose bottlenecks and continuously improve hiring velocity
  • Advise leaders on market realities, compensation positioning, and talent availability
  • Elevate the technical interview experience by partnering on structured evaluations
  • Identify and implement process improvements
